KEEPING WARM IN STYLE

Hi loves,

I trust that life has been kind to you as it has been to me.

It has been a week-long of silence but I'll leave you with this post before I probably go 'M-I-A' again next week. But if all goes well I'll have more than enough to keep you entertained for a while.

I had no intention of posting this outfit, but then we took pictures with Kevin and they were so cute I couldn't resist.

The cold season is suddenly upon us and some of us may find it hard to keep warm without losing their sense of style. But no need to worry, there are many ways to keep warm and still remain stylish.

As fate may have it, I happened to be in a masculine trench. My boo was kind enough to lend me this one to keep warm sometime last week when I was  under dressed for the cold. It's  a little oversize for me but I like it, plus it's so warm am having a hard time letting go of it.

Moving on.
Ever had an adamant feeling of wearing something and everything else just has to fit into the plan? It was the same case with this skirt. Despite the cold, I really felt like wearing this skirt so I kept warm with knee-high boots, a folded polo-neck top and a black trench coat. Pretty easy, right? Works for me though.

No idea what I was doing.

These boots are flat and very comfy especially for walking. They were my very first pair of boots. I got them off the streets of Nairobi a little over two years ago from some hawkers who used to be right opposite Bazaar and Koja mosque in the evenings.

However, feel free to add an edge to your look with a pair of heeled/wedged boots.

I've had this bucket bag for months now. But every time I carry it am so busy running errands that I don't get time for pictures. Keeping in mind that I didn't plan on making hist post, it would have missed out again. But it's perfect for carrying a lot of things with an artistic feel to it.

That's it for today loves. Don't let the cold bring your sense of style down.
